bat-finger painting!

so i finally found out that Sketchbook Pro is available on the android phones (which is what i have)! i was super excited to download it for free onto my HTC phone and get to painting. here is my first digital painting created on my phone!

so the other morning i was watching SpongeBob because they'd aired an episode that i drew on but hadn't seen yet. if you follow me on Twitter, you probably remember mentioning how much the backgrounds were a pain in this particular episode because they played an integral part to the storyline and had to be treated as such. so, that meant i spent quite a bit of time planning and rendering out the backgrounds. here's an example:
